PT Kentanix Supra International Tbk (the Company) was established based on Notarial Deed No. 41 dated October 27, 1980 of Samsul Hadi, S.H., as amended by Deed No. 25 dated April 8, 1981 and Deed No. 10 dated October 9, 1981 of the same Notary. The Company commenced its commercial operations in 1985. PT Badra Arta, a company incorporated in Indonesia, is the parent entity of the Company.

PT Urban Jakarta Propetindo (Company) was established in Jakarta under the framework of ForeignCapital Investment Law No. 1 year 1967 of the Republic of Indonesia as amended and revised by Law No. 11 year 1970, based on the notarial deed No. 62, dated May 9, 1995, of Sinta Susikto, S.H., has been amended several times by notarial deen No. 138 dated October 25, 1995 of the same notary.
