Itama Ranoraya Tbk ( theEntity) was established for the first time based on Deed of Establishment of Limited Liability Entity dated November 30, 1989 Number 116, made before Esther Daniar Iskandar, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. PT Global Dinamika Kencana is the majority shareholder of the Entity and also the Ultimate Parent Entity. The entity has started commercial operations at July 22, 2002.
