PT Menteng Heritage Realty Tbk ("Company") was established under the name of PT Citra Prestasi Abadi based on Notarial Deed Rita Imelda Ginting, S.H., No. 27 dated June 28, 2007. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in the Letter Decree No. W7-09116 HT.01.01-TH.2007 dated August 20, 2007. The company changed its name from PT Citra Prestasi Abadi to PT Menteng Heritage Realty on October 5, 2007 based on Deed of Minutes No. 9 from Rita Imelda Ginting, S.H.

The Company's Articles of Association have been amended several times. The latest amendment was based on Notarial Deed No. 4 of Leolin Jayanti SH dated March 8, 2011 pertaining of change composition of the Company's board of Commissioners and Boards of Directors, issuance of new share to be offered to the public in the Initial Public Offering, and amendment of the Article of Association of the Company to become a public entity.
