PT Menteng Heritage Realty Tbk ("Company") was established under the name of PT Citra Prestasi Abadi based on Notarial Deed Rita Imelda Ginting, S.H., No. 27 dated June 28, 2007. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in the Letter Decree No. W7-09116 HT.01.01-TH.2007 dated August 20, 2007. The company changed its name from PT Citra Prestasi Abadi to PT Menteng Heritage Realty on October 5, 2007 based on Deed of Minutes No. 9 from Rita Imelda Ginting, S.H.

PT Global Dinamika Kencana is the majority shareholder of the Entity and also the Ultimate Parent Entity. The entity has started commercial operations at July 22, 2002.
