Tahun 2015 dated 11 December 2015. Subsequently, in November 2021, the Company's legal name has been changed from PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa to PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk. The Company commerced its commercial operations in March 2016. The Company's controlling shareholders are certain individuals known as The Founders who are the holders of the Company Class B ordinary shares.
