The deed of establishment was approved by the Ministry of Justice in its decision letter No. C2-9243.HT.01.01.Th.95 dated July 31, 1995.The Company’s articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 21 of Eliwaty Tjitra S.H., dated Feb 06, 03, concerning among others, the change of share ownership.Main company activities focus in retail trading involve department store and specialty store. Company's group operates department store under brand name Sogo, Lotus and Debenhams.
