PT Bhuwanatala operates in hotel management, retail properties, and office space. The company listed its shares on Over-The Counter Market, and since the merger of the OTC Market with the Surabaya Stock Exchange, the shares automatically listed on the SSX.

The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in the Letter Decree No. W7-09116 HT.01.01-TH.2007 dated August 20, 2007. The company changed its name from PT Citra Prestasi Abadi to PT Menteng Heritage Realty on October 5, 2007 based on Deed of Minutes No. 9 from Rita Imelda Ginting, S.H.
