PT MNC Investama Tbk formerly PT Bhakti Investama Tbk was established on 2 November, 1989 in Surabaya to engage in the capital market business and has fully developed itself into a full financial service business. In 1999, the Company has decided to shift its focus into an investment company. PT Pelayaran Tempuran Emas Tbk (company) was established under the name of PT Tempuran Emas based on Notarial Deed No. 252 dated September 17, 1987 of Misahardi Wilamarta, S.H.The latest amendment of the Articles of Association was registered through Notary Deed No. 26 dated April 14, 2003 of Fathiah Helmi, SH, to comply with the Corporate Law No. 1/1995. The amendment includes, among others, par value of share, increase in capital paid up. The amendment was approved by Ministry of Justice in the Decision Letter No C-08530.HT.01.04.TH.2003 dated 17 April 2003 and was published in the State Gazette No. 49, Supplement No. 4860 dated June 20, 2003.
