The Deed of Establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic Indonesia through Decision Letter No. J.A.5/49/19 dated June 25, 1956 and reaffirmed in decision Letter No. C2-HT.01.01-A.8725 dated November 20, 1992, and was published in supplement No.31 additional No.1665 of the state Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia dated April 16,1993.
